Seattle's emo pioneers, Sunny Day Real Estate, are hitting the road for the Sunny Day Real Estate tour 2025, marking their return with a series of performances across North America and the UK. The tour kicks off on May 28 in Montreal, Canada, and includes stops in major cities like Toronto, Albany, Portland, and London.
The band will also perform at Outbreak Fest in London and Manchester, sharing the stage with artists like Turnstile, Alex G, and Danny Brown . This tour celebrates their first new song in a decade, "Novum Vetus," and a live re-recording of their debut album, Diary.
